It’s That Time of Year Again…
…I’m wondering whatever happened to the characters from my favorite Christmas movies. Christmas movies aren’t great on wrapping up dangling plot lines; part of the wonder of a good Christmas movie is just reveling in the idea that anything- everything!- can be done and said at Christmas.
But what happens on December 26th?
For example, did Keira’s husband from Love Actually ever find out she’d kissed his best friend (while he was inside watching TV!?!)? Even if it was a pity-kiss, it was epically romantic… and she didn’t have to kiss him. She just did, because it was Christmas. But, was Chiwetel Ejiofor jealous? Did it ruin their marriage? Did Keira fall in love with Walking Dead guy, after all? Maybe that one kiss was enough to cause a spark…?
These are the questions I seek to answer.
